Macro recorder

Once MacroRecorder is implemented on an existing ICS Telecom or HTZ Warfare software application the user organisation will realise the following benefits:

• Reduced operator interaction • the operator instructs the system and then gets on with other work
• Improved quality control and auditing of completed tasks • the controlling script can be viewed and inspected/reviewed at any time and processes can be tested for correctness before completing actual work
• Reduced requirement for operator training • even inexperienced operators can perform complex activities without having to make complicated decisions.  Central knowledge centres can set the system up for others to use
• Activities can be referred to in operational terms rather than in technology terms - script and its associated GUI commands can be named something relevant and specific

In addition to these benefits, the operator or his specialist support can completely reconfigure the application GUI removing commands, drop-downs and screens that have no significance to that user.  The result overall is a completely customised project machine.
